Landscaping Design

The single most common mistake we undo is plants that were never going to make it here. Nursery stock sold three states north goes in the ground, looks good through spring, then cooks in July or drowns in a wet week. We pick for what this region actually does: long humid heat, sandy fast-draining soil, and the occasional hard freeze that reaches Calhoun County when it misses the coast.

Design also means deciding what you are not going to plant. Beds that wrap the whole house look generous on paper and become a maintenance bill forever. We would rather give you two beds you love than six you resent.
